TO ENSURE YOUR COMFORT:

Regarding Cancellations:  Bella Vita requests a 24 hour cancellation notice for appointments less than two hours in length, and a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice for all other appointments.  Further policies apply to appointments being paid by gift certificate.

Your Arrival at the Salon & Spa:  Please arrive ten minutes early to your appointment for salon services.  For spa services, it is highly recommended that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your reserved appointment time.  Please note: latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened services.

Health Concerns: Please advise us to any illness, injury, or changes in your health prior to any spa treatments, so that our technicians can take them into consideration before performing any treatments.

Parking: The Chemeketa Parkade is connected to the Liberty Plaza, and best of all it is free to downtown customers.

Children at Bella Vita:  To ensure your comfort and to respect others, we ask that you refrain from brining children under the age of fourteen to the salon and spa, unless they are receiving services.

Payment:  Full payment is required at the time of service.  Bella Vita accepts CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, and BELLA VITA GIFT CERTIFICATES for payment.  We do not accept personal checks.
